About KB Translation Services

KB Translation Services was created in 2002 in response to the increasing demand for quality English and French translations in South Africa.

Our highly qualified and experienced French translator, Karine Wilson (née Bousquet), (please click here to view CV) completed her Master’s degree in Translation and Applied Foreign Languages (areas of expertise: French, English and Spanish) at the University of Pau, France, in 2000. She worked as a translator/interpreter in South Africa for Média Presse International before joining KB Translation Services in 2002.

Karine is responsible for all translations from English into French. The translations from French into English are undertaken by other highly qualified and experienced freelance translators to whom we outsource the work and whose mother tongue is English. All our translators translate exclusively from a foreign language (source language) into their mother tongue (target language).
